At the end of last year, RITS registered a new legal entity HEMNAV.  HEMNAV is a comprehensive automated control system for Heavy Equipment Manager road construction equipment. It includes subsystems for graders, bulldozers and excavators, for high-precision leveling and excavation.
Our goal is to separate the development of an automation system for DSO into a separate business area. Thanks to this, we reach a large audience (construction companies), taking into account its specifics, which means that we work more effectively in the market.
HEMNAV product:
  • ShovelManager is a comprehensive automated solution that allows you to achieve high accuracy and quality of operation of excavator equipment thanks to the positioning system. The ShovelManager automated excavation and surface leveling control system provides:
  1. navigation and positioning of the excavator’s working body with an accuracy of up to 20 cm;
  2. tracking the quality of the material;
  3. generating reports on the operation of the equipment.
  • DozerManager is an automated bulldozer control system.
This solution provides control and management of sorting operations through a system of high-precision positioning of equipment and working tools. The result of these works will be the formation of the surface with the necessary accuracy.
  • GraderManager is an automated grader management system.
This solution provides control and management of sorting operations using a system of high-precision positioning of equipment and working tools. The result of these works will be the formation of the surface with the necessary accuracy.
  • DrillBuilder is an automated piling and well drilling management system on construction sites.
The system allows you to:
  1. provide navigation and positioning according to the design coordinates of drilling wells with an accuracy of up to 2 cm;
  2. monitor the operation and downtime of drilling and piling machines;
  3. to monitor drilling parameters and analyze the data obtained.
Now we are actively working on creating a recognizable naming and brand of the company. However, solutions and products are already available.
