VII international forum Seymartec Digital took place in Chelyabinsk, from 6th to 8th of December. During the three days of the event more than 80 speakers delivered their reports, including the president of our subsidiary company DrillGeoRobotics Ilya Yakushev. The main leitmotif of the meeting was the need to change and switch to solutions from Russian suppliers.
In his report Ilya Sergeevich told about the experience of implementing automated monitoring systems in the work of JSC “Rosgeologia”:
“DGR produces all software and equipment in-house which reduces the risks associated with maintenance and support. Exploration drilling management and monitoring system DrillGeo effectively solves a large part of the problems. Drilling rigs are equipped with a set of sensors and on-board equipment, a system to process, archive, display and transfer parameters, allowing to receive accurate, instrumentally measured information about drilling, condition of the equipment and performed operations”.
In the booth DrillGeo solution was presented. The system increases labor productivity, improves the quality of work performed and reduces the number of accidents in production. The system recognizes the development of a negative scenario and instantly alerts operators, and in the future it will automatically make changes to the drilling modes.
